Marine Building Recreation

This is a recreation of the Marine Building Lobby. This building is located in Vancouver and is an Art Deco masterpiece. I created a modkit for this building then demodded it afterwards. I used multiple trim sheets, with correct texel density, to create this scene. There are two versions of this lobby. One in a pristine, historically accurate state and the other in a destroyed state after an earthquake occurred. My main goal with this project was trim sheet usage and learning how to efficiently model destruction. I used actual measurements from this lobby using schematics from the 1930s.
